All pieces are handmade to order with a lead time of 4-6 weeks.

All UK shipping is sent via Royal Mail special delivery unless an alternative shipping method has been agreed.

We do not currently ship overseas.

Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but an item may be exchanged on the condition no wear or damage has occurred.

Custom jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resizing is possible on items. However, this will be at an additional cost unless the studio is at fault.
